Less than a week to snap out of my childish hallucinations.
Less than a week to condition myself for the journey I must soon embark on.
Less than a week to get over the summer havoc.
Less than a week to lessen my excessive sloth.
Less than a week to learn the meaning of independence.
When will I ever be ready?

Remember the Advance Placement Exam in UP I was talking about. As expected…
I FLUNKED!!!
Hahaha! I failed in Math 11 and in Communications I.
But surprisingly I passed Natural Science I so I’m credited 3 units without attending 1 semester. But it will be effective 2nd year 2nd semester. But all the same… Hahaha!!! God really works miracles!
My siblings and I watched Kingdom of Heaven last night out of complete boredom. My dad spectacularly volunteered to take us to town so we watched the movie with lots of expectation. I can say it's somewhat dissapointing. It was so morbid. The shots of casualty in the film overshadowed all the important events of history. |

I hate sick freaks on the net. Strangers who elicit friendship and once you try to give them that they tend to be abusive and waste your time. They start talking maliciously and spitefully. With their nerve and arrogance they start calling you names!!! Guess you can’t really trust anyone on this wide wide web.  |

| What a day?!
I ventured through the busy and traffic jammed streets of Manila and after a long drive, I finally found my next stop, my new journey, my new home --- college life in UP.
I had my physical and dental examination at PGH today. There was a l-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-n-g line. Arrived there at 8:30 am and finished at about 3:00 pm because of the line. Come to think of it, the actual exam would just last 15 mins max. Since we were at PGH, we saw Sen. Gordon bring in the conjoined twins from Mindoro (I think). Hehehe! There was a commotion, media frenzy and all (can’t even imagine how they got the twins to the ward with all the cameramen in front of them).
I’m not at all excited about college. I’ve got loads of pretensions, asking myself, “Will I survive?” I just draw inspiration from the previous batches. Some of them were present at the PDE today to guide us and answer our questions and somehow they’ve given us tips. I’m actually preparing myself for a lot of walk trips. Hahaha! I have subjects both in the College of Nursing building and the College of Arts and Sciences. The CN building is along Pedro Gil while the CAS building is along Padre Faura. Hahaha! Think of all the dosage of pollution I’ll get to make those trips to and fro. I’ve practiced today and those trips are exceptional. There are a lot of commuters, bystanders and street vendors --- and the street crossing!!! The HORROR!!! I have a lot of getting used-to to learn.  |
